Terms of Service

DrivingSchoool is a marketplace. We list independent driving schools, show their packages and fees, and let learners book and pay for lessons in one place. The driving lesson itself is delivered by the driving school you book, not by DrivingSchoool. The school is responsible for its vehicles, instructors, licences and insurance.

You must give accurate contact details. Learner accounts and school partner accounts are separate roles. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that submits false information, abuses other users or attempts to bypass the platform for payment.

A slot is held only while your checkout is in progress and becomes confirmed once payment succeeds. Slots are allocated first come, first served — if a slot is taken while you pay, we re-verify availability before confirming and refund in full if it is no longer free. Each confirmed booking generates a lesson timetable visible in your dashboard.

Prices are set by each driving school and shown inclusive of what the package covers. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your card details. A tax invoice is issued for every successful payment and is available in your dashboard.

Each lesson may be rescheduled a maximum of two times, subject to the school's published availability and no clash with an existing booking. Rescheduling is free; it does not change the amount paid.

Cancellations follow the published Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Learners must hold any licence or learner's permit required by law, be fit to drive, and follow the instructor's directions. Schools must provide a roadworthy dual-control vehicle and a qualified instructor. Either party may end a lesson immediately on safety grounds.

Only learners with a completed booking can post a verified review. Reviews must describe a genuine experience. We remove reviews that are defamatory, incentivised or contain personal data, and we log every moderation action.

To the extent permitted by law, DrivingSchoool's liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of an independent driving school, but we will support you through disputes and, where the school is at fault, recover your money.
