Privacy Policy

• Account details: name, email address, mobile number.
• Booking details: package, school, lesson dates, pickup address, transmission and scheduling preferences.
• Payment metadata: amount, status, gateway reference. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support and review content you submit.
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages viewed, used to keep the service working.

To create your account, confirm and run your bookings, issue invoices, send lesson reminders and booking updates, process refunds, prevent fraud and double-booking, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data.

The driving school you book receives only what it needs to deliver your lesson: your name, contact number, lesson schedule and pickup address. Our payment gateway receives the data required to take and refund payments. Our email and messaging providers deliver notifications on our behalf. No one else receives your data except where the law requires it.

Booking confirmations, lesson reminders and cancellation notices are transactional and are sent to the email and mobile number on your booking. WhatsApp updates are sent only when you opt in at checkout. You can change email preferences at any time from your account.

Account and booking records are retained while your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires for the invoices attached to them. Support threads are kept for three years.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access rules that keep your records visible only to you, the school you booked and authorised platform administrators, and an append-only audit log of administrative actions.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to sales@drivingschooool.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion does not remove invoices we are legally required to retain.
